Get rid of all the gross fillers in store bought chili packs with this homemade low carb chili seasoning. It is easy to make ahead and have ready when the urge to make a big pot of Keto chili hits you!
The temp has finally gone down to the low 80’s here and so naturally I am pretending it is fall. I’m considering putting out my fall decorations, burning salted caramel candles and baking low carb pumpkin dump cakes.
And what else do I crave when the weather starts to change? Soups and chili! They are such an easy meal to whip up, typically inexpensive and always give us leftovers (which means a night off from cooking!).
It seems so comforting to have a big pot of chili simmering on the stove or in the crockpot after a long day. But since we are following the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle (a blend of low carb meals and occasional healthy carb meals) I needed a chili seasoning without all the yucky stuff that you will find in a store bought pack.
This homemade low carb chili seasoning is full of wholesome spices and healthy ingredients that can be used on Keto, Trim Healthy Mama, Weight Watchers or any healthy way of life.
