No Sugar Added Baked Peach Oatmeal
unsweetened almond milk
(vanilla or regular)
ripe Georgia peaches
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash the bananas with a fork until there are no large lumps.
Add all other ingredients except for the peaches. Stir until well incorporated.
Spread the mixture into a prepared 9×9 glass baking dish.
Slice the peaches into thin segments (you can leave the skin on). Lay the thinly sliced peaches on top of the oatmeal.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Mine was perfect at about 28 minutes. The edges should be lightly brown and the oatmeal firm.
Let cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
